Release ImageCapture 10.6

Release 10.6 became available this month. The latest version of ImageCapture includes a number of new features and optimizations. We distinguish between general features and application-dependent features. The most important developments are listed below.

Asking questions from the booking process

With Release 10.6, a much requested functionality has been added to ImageCapture. As of this update, it has become possible to ask questions directly to other users or approvers during the booking process via the “Ask a Question” button.

This new feature improves efficiency by allowing users to seek immediate feedback or clarification before an invoice is finally forwarded to a workflow group. All communication remains within ImageCapture, providing better traceability and minimizing paper flow.

Invoice editing & managing in the Web Client

With the release of ImageCapture 10.6, we introduce enhanced functionality for the Web Client. Users can now annotate text, erase, rotate and delete images. In the multi-page viewer, images can also be rotated and deleted, providing an improved user experience and more flexibility in managing documents. Previously only available in the Desktop Client, these features give users more control over their documents and increase the usability of our software.
