Release ImageCapture 10.9

Release 10.9 became available this month. The latest version of ImageCapture includes a number of new features and optimizations. We distinguish between general features and application-dependent features. The most important developments are listed below.

Optimization ease of use Ask a question functionality

In release 10.6 we added the functionality to ask a question during the booking process, in release 10.9 we have made a first optimization change to this. If you add a question or comment during booking, it will now also be visible in the Document screen, as long as no other comments are entered. So after booking, you will see your question instead of the standard message. If you later perform an action in the Workflow, such as skipping a step, the question will be replaced by another message. Your question will always remain visible in the Workflow overview. So you always see the most important comments during the process.

Integration with SharePoint for Microsoft Dynamics F&O

For customers with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, release 10.9 enables the exchange with ImageCapture via Microsoft SharePoint as an alternative to Microsoft OneDrive.
