Release ImageCapture 10.13
ImageCapture Release 10.13 became available this month. The latest version of ImageCapture includes a number of new features and optimizations. We distinguish between general features and application-dependent features. The most important developments are listed below.
Single Sign-On (SSO)-log in for ImageCapture Web Client
With the release of ImageCapture 10.13, we are introducing Single Sign-On (SSO) for the ImageCapture Web Client. Users can now log in easily and securely via SSO.
In addition to the existing support for standard Windows authentication, it is now also possible to use SSO with Azure/EntraID, for example. This offers more flexibility and is in line with modern security standards.
Ondersteuning voor Duitse e-facturen in ImageCapture
From January 1, 2025, it will be mandatory for German companies to support e-invoices according to the formats XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. ImageCapture is now prepared for these regulations by adding support for both formats.
- XRechnung: An XRechnung is a German e-invoice in XML format, specifically designed for legal compliance and interoperability within the EU.
- ZUGFeRD: ZUGFeRD is a hybrid e-invoice format that combines a readable PDF with an embedded XML, designed for easy integration and broad compatibility.
In addition, it is possible to optionally import embedded PDF files when ZUGFeRD is enabled. This extension ensures that companies in Germany can seamlessly comply with the new legal requirements.
Spaans as Interface Language in ImageCapture Web Client
Update 10.13 of ImageCapture has added Spanish language as an interface option in the Web Client. Users can now set the interface in Spanish, providing a better user experience for Spanish-speaking customers and partners.
The language can be easily selected through the settings in the WebClient. This extension makes the software more accessible to a wider international audience.
