With the flow of purchase invoices, we could fill a total of 25 to 30 binders a year; now everything is digital. Invoices no longer get lost and we no longer have to spend mornings looking up loose papers. It’s just ideal. Everything is in view!

In the past we sometimes lost overview completely and purchase invoices were booked incorrectly for all sorts of reasons, but now this is done very quickly and efficiently.  If everything is correct, the process is fully automated!

Manually entering all the amounts and invoice numbers used to take us about two to three hours every day. Since we’ve been using ImageCapture, we’re down to 20 minutes a day!

This integrated solution has brought us about 30% additional efficiency since 2019. We spend much less time on processing invoices.

In addition to faster digital processing of invoices and more insight into invoice status, this implementation of Ultimo, Exact and ImageCapture has greatly reduced paper flow!

We knew, back in 2018, that we needed to digitize the procurement process. In retrospect, I am very glad that we implemented ImageCapture everywhere before 2020. A paper process in the work-from-home era would have been very inconvenient.

In addition to the smart workflow options, we are also very excited about ImageCapture’s archive feature. The system makes everyone save a lot of time. I no longer have to search for the location of a physical invoice in the company. That alone saves me an enormous amount of time and hassle. We are very happy with this solution.

When Scan Sys introduced the module for expense claims processing, we saw this as the perfect opportunity to make an improvement. It saves our colleagues in the finance department a lot of work; they no longer have to find out for each receipt what the costs were intended for.

The introduction of ImageCapture not only lightens the workload of our financial administration, it helps us as a company to handle information more efficiently and professionally.

It saves us so much time, especially with large purchase orders with many order lines. We no longer have to check every invoice; most of them we no longer see. In addition, the system is much less prone to errors than humans. You’ve probably heard it before: you’re checking a large invoice when your phone rings, you’re distracted, and a mistake is easily made. With ImageCapture, you no longer accidentally enter the wrong number or misplace any commas.

We are open to new developments in the use of the ImageCapture software, and are keen to keep considering other processes that we can automate with the aid of this software. I will definitely recommend the software to my customers and other associates.

The use of ImageCapture has ensured that the financial processes became a whole lot more flexible. We barely find any errors. Our creditors are paid on time, exactly to the day, and the most important thing: our people have time to do what they do so well, their core business.

The software is really user friendly, easy to understand and offers flexibility in the processing methods. Many processes run automatically in the background, so you don’t really need to think about them.
