ImageCapture is intelligent scanning software for automated consignment note processing with Winsped. The software digitizes the process of processing your transport documents in one integral process. From linking the consignment note to the order to automatically sending or making the consignment note available on the track and trace portal.

Direct integration

ImageCapture fully integrates with the LIS software and uses the data in Winsped to process the transport documents. Consignment notes can be retrieved directly from your order administration or made available for track & trace on your website.

The process in ImageCapture

Scanning

Consignment notes, CMRs and trip lists are batch scanned using barcodes and automatically linked to the file in Winsped.

Consignment notes scanned by on-board computers are automatically imported based on the file number.

Sorting

In addition to the automated linking of freight documents to files in Winsped based on barcode separation, freight documents can also be assigned to the relevant file by the user. To this end, ImageCapture automatically retrieves a selection file of open files from Winsped.

A document type can also be assigned to the freight document in ImageCapture (batch or not).

Archiving

The transport documents are exported and digitally archived under the relevant file in Winsped . The documents are retrievable from Winsped, for example when there are questions about the sales invoice.

The digital freight documents can also be made available for Track & Trace or exported via FTP.

Sending

The digital freight documents can be sent automatically with the sales invoice or sent separately to the customer by e-mail.
