That’s Lease, founded in 2011 and based in the bulb region, offers leasing solutions for cars and company cars throughout the Netherlands. With more than 1,950 lease contracts for innovative SME customers, That’s Lease is known for their fast and flexible service.
In line with their innovative nature, the company implemented ImageCapture to digitize invoice processing and integrate it with their ERP system CarWise. Finance director Herman Brinkman and administrative assistant Mariska Haan share their experiences on how Scan Sys’ solution has transformed their administrative processes.

The challenge
With an annual increase in the number of lease contracts, the administrative burden for That’s Lease also grew. Mariska Haan, who processes invoices four days a week, noticed that the amount of work was barely manageable with the existing manual input methods.
Invoices had to be manually copied and entered into the CarWise system, which was error-prone and time-consuming. It was time for a more efficient solution that would save time and reduce errors.
The process from demo to deployment was fast and smooth, much easier than other IT projects.
The process/method
That’s Lease contacted Scan Sys and first received a general demo of ImageCapture, followed by a personalized demo for their specific CarWise environment. ImageCapture was able to automatically read the invoices from the invoice mailbox, import the data and make it visible directly in CarWise. This proved to be the perfect solution for That’s Lease, which was up and running within a short time thanks to the smooth implementation by Scan Sys.
CarWise already offered digital approval, allowing That’s Lease to make the transition to ImageCapture hassle-free. The administrative workflow is now not only faster, but also provides the opportunity to explore future integrations for even further process improvements.

What's next?
