Scan Sys opens second office in dotNL in Leusden

In October 2025, Scan Sys will open its second office in the dotNL Clubhouse in Leusden. This is a special milestone in our history and a step that reflects the growth we have experienced in recent years.

The choice of this location is not accidental. From dotNL, the entrepreneurial house on the AFAS Campus, we strengthen our cooperation with AFAS, with whom we have worked successfully for more than twelve years. In addition, the new location offers us a central place in the country to receive customers and partners even better.

A logical next step

With the expansion to Leusden, we are betting on connection, visibility and cooperation. It is a place where we can meet partners, share knowledge and work with customers on smart solutions for administrative processes.

Our mission remains unchanged: to make the most complex administrative challenges as easy as possible. Whether processing invoices, matching order confirmations or converting customer orders to sales orders, we help organizations process data faster and more accurately. This creates grip, overview and calm in the entire process: from purchasing to sales, and everything in between.
