No. On October 6, we’re hosting the soft launch of the new generation of Scan Sys.

During the webinar, we’ll share a first look at the direction in which Scan Sys is heading. We’ll show you what we’re building, what initial developments are on the horizon, and how we’ll continue to engage with our customers in the coming period.

So this isn’t a full-scale product launch where everything is immediately available to everyone.

During the soft launch, we’ll introduce you to the new generation of Scan Sys: smarter, more organized, and more AI-driven.

Among other things, we’ll discuss the initial AI features, the revamped user experience, Scan Sys’s broader AI vision, availability, next steps, and the pricing model in general terms. These topics were also included in the previous soft launch plan.

The first concrete development focuses on smarter recognition of document information.

With the AI Recognition Agent, we aim to improve the recognition of incoming documents at the line and context levels. This includes information from invoice lines, order lines, quantities, amounts, descriptions, item numbers, and discrepancies.

New features will then be expanded step by step.

Yes. Existing customers can continue to work within their current Scan Sys environment.

New AI features are not automatically enabled. If you want to use new AI features, we’ll work with you to determine the appropriate activation process, technical setup, and contract terms.

Not immediately for every customer. The soft launch is when we share our direction and initial developments.

Further availability depends on factors such as your current environment, integrations, configuration, and the features relevant to your process.

Existing on-premises installations can also utilize new AI functionality if their technical infrastructure supports it.

The new generation of Scan Sys accesses AI functionality from the cloud. That is why we assess what is technically feasible and appropriate for each customer environment.

The new generation of Scan Sys also comes with a new pricing model.

During the soft launch, we’ll outline the model’s key features. The goal is to create a clearer, more future-proof model that better aligns with how organizations use Scan Sys, featuring packages and usage components such as AI capabilities.

Specific rates are not published widely as a price list. However, the explanatory page can be used to describe the model without immediately disclosing all the amounts. This aligns with the approach discussed: a page explaining the model, while prices and the calculator will be rolled out more widely at a later stage.

The initial applications focus on smarter recognition of document information. We will then continue to build out broader AI support within document workflows, verification, matching, exceptions, and processing.
